Hello!
And thank you for applying to vend / read at the Beltane Gathering for 2024! The Beltane Gathering for 2024 is now full, but if you would like to be on a wait list in case of cancellations, please complete the form below.
Fees:
1 - 8’ x 2’ table: $25
1 - Reader’s Space: $25 (2x3' table, draped provided) Only 4 spaces available!
Note: For this first event, table spaces are limited to one per applicant. You can choose to do readings and vend from an 8' table if you wish.​

Event Information

Reader’s spaces come with a 2 x 3’ table, and a battery candle if you like for ambience.

All spaces come with 2 chairs.

Tables and chairs are provided for vendors and readers, but table cloths are not and are required.

Set up for the show is at 8:00 am. You will not be able to get in before that time.

Once you are done unloading, please move your car to the back section of the lot to allow other vendors easier loading and patrons better parking.

Breakdown is at 4:00 pm. Please do NOT breakdown before 4:00 pm. It is disruptive to the event and your fellow vendors.

Notes:

Breaking down before 4:00 pm is grounds to be excluded from all future Pagan Gathering events.

Spaces with electricity are available, but very limited. If you need electricity, you may have a window or door at your back due to the layout of the space. If that is OK, check the box on the form - we'll do our best to give you the access - first come first serve.

All spaces must be left clean and clear of trash, etc. If the space isn’t clean, we forfeit our security deposit!

If you would like to be near someone specific, list them in the space provided on the form, and ask them to list you. If you don't both request to be near each other, we might not make the change. We can't promise, but we will try.

Once you complete the form below we will evaluate and get back to you within 2 weeks maximum. If accepted, you will recieve a confirmation email from us with a payment link for paypal. If you need to use a check and snail mail, please email Alison@arachnesweb.net and we will do that instead. As soon as we recieve your payment, links to your business and your Biography information will be added to our event page our vendor page!
